Ed Choice Options
All families with students in Kindergarten – 8th grade qualify for the Ohio EdChoice Scholarship, please complete one of the EdChoice Forms. The scholarship amount varies based on a family’s income. Note: New applicants complete the Request Form, and returning applicants complete the Renewal Form.
The Ohio EdChoice Scholarship application period opens February 1, 2024. Applications should be submitted as soon as possible to account for processing times.
Affidavit for EdChoice families:
This must be signed and notarized for RRLS to process checks on behalf of families. Please have the “Primary parent” identified on the EdChoice paperwork complete.

If you are a family with students in Kindergarten – 8th grade, and you believe you may be eligible for financial assistance, please complete the form for the RRLS granted Financial Assitance. The RRLS grant application must be completed by May 15, 2024 for consideration.
Lutheran Scholarship Granting Organization of Ohio
If you are a family with students in Preschool – 8th grade who need additional financial assistance, we encourage you to complete the LSGO (Lutheran Scholarship Granting Organization) application. LSGOO applications are due to the school office by July 1, 2024 for consideration.
